Regency Fireplace has issued a safety notice regarding their U39 Gas stove. Please visit this link to get more information. If you would like to schedule a repair to remedy the problem please call us at 781-829-9895. There is a process to correcting the defect that we must follow so please bare with use until we can come out and replace the parts.

Information required:

— Photo of the front of the stove

— Serial Number

–fuel type ( natural gas or Propane)

once we have this information we can get the required parts and update your units.
